Reversion from mutants to wild-type hepatitis B virus during the course of lamivudine therapy
摘要
拉米夫定长期应用可使乙型肝炎病毒基因发生突变,导致耐药。最近的研究发现,突变基因在拉米夫定继续治疗过程中还可能出现回复突变现象。本文对拉米夫定长期应用导致基因回复突变现象进行综述。
