摘要
在对科技人才定义界定的基础上,阐述了农业信息服务体系的科技人才结构,从人 才引进渠道、人才培养和人才激励等方面分析了农业信息服务的人才保障机制的构成要素,并对其 相互关系进行了探讨。论述了我国农业信息服务体系科技人才保障机制的发展状况,以及存在的问 题。最后提出了完善我国农业信息服务体系科技人才保障机制的对策和建议。
Based on the definition of scientific technology talents, the paper discussed the structure of scientific technology talents, and analyzed the components of ensuring mechanism, including the structure of talents, the input channel, their training and inspiriting, and the relationship between them. The developing status and the existing problems of safeguard mechanism for talents in China＇s agricultural information service system is discussed. Finally the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions of consummating ensuring mechanism of scientific technology talents of China＇s agricultural information service system.
