摘要
本文用自制浸蜡光谱纯石墨电极伏安法测定盐酸阿霉素。在PH=6.0的磷酸缓冲溶液体系中,盐酸阿霉素在5.0×10-8mol/L~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内浓度与电流呈线性,检测限可达1.0×10-8mol/L。方法选择性好,抗干扰能力强,不需样品分离可直接进行测定,结果令人满意。
Voltammetric determination of doxorubicin hydrochloride with wax-impregnated spectrographic pure graphite electrode was described. Various conditions for the determination of doxorubicin hydrochIoride were studied. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of doxorubicin hydrochloride within 5. 0×10-8mol/L^1.0×10-6mol/L. The detection limit is 1.0×10-8mol/L. For ten paralIel measurements, the relative standard deviation is 2. 2%. The method is fairly free of interference and the determination results are satisfactory.
