摘要
介绍了目前信息质量的研究情况,针对C4ISR系统的特点,利用一种三维立体结构模型研究C4ISR系统的信息能力.该模型把信息能力分为质量维、内容维和时效维.质量维包含客观性、效用性和完整性;内容维包含信息完备性、关联性、一致性和新颖性;时效维包含实时性、反应时间、访问时间和机动性.所建立的指标体系比较完备的反应了C4ISR系统对信息能力的要求.
The paper introduces the situation of the study in information ability, using a three dimensions model for the study of the information ability in C^4ISR systems according to the attributes of the C^4ISR systems. This model separates the information ability into quality dimension, contents dimension, and timeliness dimension. The quality dimension includes objectivity, utility, and integrity the content dimension includes completeness, relevancy, consistency, and novelty; the timeliness dimension includes real time, responsiveness, access time, and flexibility. The criteria completely reflect the requirements of the information ability in C^4ISR systems for the missions.
