摘要
我国农村社会养老保险制度覆盖范围还相当有限,但各地经过实践和探索,已形成了颇具特色的农村社会养老保险发展模式,从而实现了保险范围、制度模式、筹资方式和保障水平等方面的创新与突破。因此,应该借鉴各地农村社会养老保险发展模式,构建我国农村社会养老保险发展模式。
Rural social endowment insurance system covers with considerable limited ranges in China at present. But it has formed several characteristic development models of rural social endowment insurance through its practice and exploration in various areas, thus bringing forth innovation and making a breakthrough in terms of insurance range, institution pattern, funds-ralsed model and security level, etc. Therefore, we must draw on the experiences of area development models of rural social endowment insurance in order to construct development model of rural .social endowment insurance in China.
