摘要
为防止萨东过渡带萨尔图组储层的伤害,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(TM)为原料,氧化还原引发剂/偶氮引发剂为复合引发剂,合成了适应于该区块的粘土稳定剂FL-1,其特性粘数[η]大于140mL/g。实验结果表明,岩屑相对回收率大于95%,粘土膨胀率小于3%。用此稳定剂进行油气层保护后的注水井,平均单井注水压力降低了5·7%。
In order to prevent the core damage of Sadong transition area, a clay stabilizer FL - 1 used in this area was synthesized with acrylamide (AM) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (TM) as materials, and oxidationreduction initiator/azo initiator as compound initiator. The intrinsic viscosity [η] of clay stabilizer FL - 1 was more than 140 mL/g. The result showed that the relative core recovery rate was more than 95 % and the swelling rate of clay was less than 3 %. The filed test showed that average pressure of water injection in each well was reduced 5.7 % after protecting hydrocarbon stratum in injection wells.
