摘要
依据ISO9000系列标准的基本思想,结合大连海事大学建立和实施ISO9001质量管理体系的实践经验,就高等学校的“产品”内涵和教育质量观问题进行了较为深入的讨论。
According to the basic thought of the ISO9000 series standard, This paper discusses deeply the quality concept and “product” meaning of higher education, combined with the establishment of ISO9001 quality management system and the practical experiences related in the Dalian Maritime University.
