摘要
介绍了以水为保护介质和冷却剂利用炸药爆轰制备纳米石墨的方法。该法简单易行,操作安全、成本低,石墨得率和纯度都很高,颗粒分布集中,用TNT/RDX/石墨混合药柱制得的纳米石墨中位粒径达到9.3nm,比表面达到1116.2m2·g-1。
Ultrafine Graphites (UFG) prepared by explosive detonation in the water protective medium was studied. The advantages of the technology using water as protective medium are convenient and safe and low cost technology. Moreover, UFGs have high purity and concentrate granule. UFGs obtained from TNT, RDX and graphite have the medium size of 9.3 nm and the surface area of 1116.2 m^2 · g^-1.
