摘要
目的:研制乙酰螺旋霉素口腔糊剂。方法:以黏附力、吸水值和赋形性为指标优选高分子材料的品种、用量,并进行稳定性试验和药效学试验。结果:处方组成合理,制备工艺可行。结论:该糊剂质量稳定,使用方便,疗效确切。
Objective： To study the composition of recipe, preparation technique of acetylspiramycin oral paste and the quality stability. Method： The variety and quantity of macromolecule were screened by adhesive strength, water-absorbing value and shape-keeping characteristic. The stability test and pharmacodynamics experiment were done. Result： The designation of the recipe was reasonable, and preparation technique was feasible. Conclusion： The quality of paste is stable and is easy to use. The therapeutic effect of it is specific.
