摘要
用硫酸溶解γ-Al2O3—焚烧脱炭—“消化”转溶α-Al2O3—铂精矿精炼铂的火湿法冶金工艺处理复杂成份失效载体催化剂效果好,铂产品纯度>99.5%,回收率>97.5%。
A novel process for recovery of Pt by pyro-hydrometallurgy from spent supported catalysts consisted of complex components was studied. It included: (1) separation of the γ-Al2O3 from spent catalysts, (2) decarbonization by burning method, (3) “digestion” of the α-Al2O3 at high-temperature with dissolution of NaAlO2 to obtain Pt concentrate, (4) refining of the Pt concentrate to produce pure Pt. The grade to Pt in the product was over 99.95%. The recovery rate of Pt for the whole process was over 97.5%.
