摘要
石门电厂1 021 t/h锅炉原设计无卫燃带,根据实际燃煤和低负荷运行、调峰情况,运用燃煤着火燃烧的基本原理,在火嘴边适当部位敷设一种块状拼集凹形卫燃带,改善着火燃烧条件,使锅炉满足了实际燃煤和调峰运行的需要。
Shimen Power Plant's 1 021t/h boiler was originally designed without a refractory belt. Considering the coal used and requirements at low load, as well as those of cyclic operation, a refractory belt of protruding shape, composed of assembled bricks, was attached in accordance with the fundamental principles of coal ignition and combustion, for the purpose of improving conditions of ignition, enabling the boiler to burn the coal actually used and especially to meet requirements of cycling.
