摘要
以环氧树脂和丙烯酸为基本原料,合成环氧丙烯酸酯,采取氧化还原引发方式,用环氧丙烯酸酯及其它活性单体和添加剂制备出一种室温快固型发泡胶粘剂;考虑了发泡剂用量、泡沫稳定剂种类及用量对发泡倍率和粘接强度的影响。
Epoxy acrylate was synthesized when epoxy resin and acrylic acid were used as basic raw materials. Using redox initiation,a kind of room.temperature fast-curing foam adhesive was prepared with epoxy acrylate ,other active monomers and additives. The effects of the content of foaming agent as well as the kinds and content of foam stable agent on the foamability and the adhesion strength were investigated.
