摘要
通过对22个省市40家电厂的粉煤灰进行理化性能及膨胀性能的试验研究,得出在一般条件下影响粉煤灰膨胀性能的主要因素及改善粉煤灰膨胀性能的主要途径;同时根据粉煤灰料球在烧制过程中所析出的膨胀气体组分、铁的价态变化规律指出了碳、碳铁比对膨胀、发气及铁的价态变化的影响。试验研究结果证明,参与粉煤灰陶粒的膨胀气体是铁和碳的氧化还原反应的产物。
The paper concludes the main elements 'affecting swell properties of fly ash and the main ways improving its performances by means of tests on physical chemical properties and swell properties which carried out by 40 electric power plants in China. And according to the tests of expansile gas components, the valence state change rule of iron, and the effect of carbon, carbon iron ratio on expansion, gas release and the valence state change of iron in firing fly ash ball, the paper gets the results that the expanded gas is the reactant of oxidation - reduction reaction.
