摘要
采用单纤维拔出的方法,研究了不同温度下尼龙纤维-橡胶复合材料的界面特性. 对尼龙纤维拔出荷载-位移曲线和拔出尼龙纤维表面SEM照片进行的分析表明:低温(40℃)时的尼龙纤维-橡胶界面破坏属粘结破坏;中等温度(80℃)时,界面破坏属以尼龙纤维和橡胶脱粘为主、且伴有橡胶基体破坏的混合破坏;而在较高温度范围(120~160℃)内,界面破坏则完全表现为橡胶基体的破坏.同时,通过计算分析了不同温度下尼龙纤维-橡胶复合材料界面粘附剪切力和界面破坏能的变化.
The interface properties of nylon fiber-rubber composites were studied by using single fiber pull-out method. The load-displacement curves of the pull-out test and the SEM photo- graphs of the fibers' surfaces were analyzed. The results show that the interface fracture at low temperature(40 ℃) is in the form of debonding between nylon fiber and rubber matrix, and the interface fracture at middle temperature(80℃) is mostly debonding but has some damage of rubber matrix, while at the range of higher temperatures(120~160℃), the interface fracture is the rubber matrix damage. The interface shear stress and fracture energy of nylon fiber-rubber composites at different temperatures were also discussed in the paper.
