摘要
目的观察柴胡桂枝汤加味对偏头痛发作期患者血中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法随机选择59例偏头痛发作期患者作为治疗组,40例健康人作为对照组。治疗组给予口服柴胡桂枝汤加味4周,分别测定治疗组治疗前后及对照组血中ET及NO水平。结果与对照组相比,偏头痛发作期患者血浆ET水平升高,血清NO水平降低(P<0.01),治疗4周后,治疗组血浆ET水平降低(P<0.01),血清NO水平提高(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤加味能降低偏头痛发作期患者血浆ET水平及提高NO水平。
Objective To study the effect of Chaihuguizhitangjiawei on blood level of endothelin and nitric oxide in patients during acute migraine attack. Method 59 patients with migraine were located in the treated group, and 40 healthy people in the control group. Chaihuguizhitangjiawei was given to the treated group for 4 weeks. The change of plasma ET and serum NO were observed. Results As compared with the control group, the patients during acute migraine attack, plasma ET increased and serum NO lowered (P〈0.05). After treated for 4 weeks, plasma ET lowered and serum NO increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Chaihuguizhitangiawei could decrease the plasma ET and increase serum NO level in patients during acute migraine attack.
