摘要 论述了近年来常用抗菌药物在儿科应用中的一些不良反应;对不良反应的发生和多样性进行了比较分析;提出了抗菌药物的不良反应不在于抗菌药物的种类,而在于抗菌药物中各个药物及制剂的特殊性。 This article discussed some adverse reaction of common antibacterials in pediatric applications in recent years. It was expounded and analyzed in detail that the adverse re, action of antibaeterials occurred variously; and the theoretical viewpoint was put forward that occurrenees of adverse reaction were attributed to the particularities of individual agents of antibiotics rather than done to antibiotic classes.
