摘要
在体外培养的大鼠胸腺细胞中加入糖皮质激素,孵育后进行光镜、扫描和透射电镜观察。经激素作用的胸腺细胞发生胞浆和胞核的浓缩,染色质的凝集与裂解和凋亡小体形成等一系列改变,表明了凋亡的形成。
Cultured rat thymocytes were treated with glucocorticoid and after incubation the cells were observed with light and electron microscopy. The cells showed a series of morphological changes :shrinkege in volume condensation and fragmentation of chromatin and shedding of apop-totic bodies,indicating the formation of apoptosis.
