摘要
目的观察和胃解毒汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃病的临床疗效及Hp清除、不良反应情况。方法198例患者随机分为2组。治疗组116例予和胃解毒汤;对照组82例采用铋盐—抗生素三联治疗,治疗4周后,观察2组临床疗效、Hp根除率及不良反应情况。结果2组临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组和对照组Hp根除率分别为81.0%、82.9%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组不良反应明显减少(P<0.01)。结论和胃解毒汤治疗Hp相关性胃病疗效较好,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the effect of Heweijiedu decoction on 116 patients with H. pylori related gastropathy. Methods 198 patients with H.pylori related gastropathy were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 116） and control group （ n = 82）. The patients in the treatment group were administrated Heweijiedu decoction and the patients in the control group were given Bismuth and two kinds of antibiotics. The clinical effect, the eradication of H. plori infection and the side effects wrere observed after two weeks of treatment in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. The eradication of H.plori rate was 81.0% and 82.9% in the treatment group and control group respectively.There was on significant difference in both groups（ P 〉 0.05）.There were less side effects in the treatment group compared to the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Heweijiedu decoction has a better effect on the H. pylori related gastropathy, and there are less side effects.
