高等教育担负着培养高素质人才的重要职能。作为高等院校的教育工作者,必须树立正确的发展观和强烈的质量意识,关注学生的全面发展,更新教育理念,充分体现学生的主体地位,为广大学生发挥潜能创造条件、提供舞台。让大学生在各种喜闻乐见的活动中增长才干,增强对国家和民族的责任感,提高大学生的思想政治素质,促进大学生的全面发展。
Higher education bears the responsibility for cultivating high-quality talents. Educators should,therefore, be equipped with the intense consciousness of the suitable education programs and the modernized ideas concerning the full exertion of students＇ talents and potential to reinforce the ideological qualities.
