摘要
民办高校已经成为了我国高等教育体系的一个重要组成部分,并且具有良好的发展前景,而师资却成为制约民办高校发展的内在要素。师资结构多元化、完全的聘任制度和灵活的分配机制是民办高校人力资源管理的突出特征,但是民办高校在人才的引进、使用和稳定方面却存在许多问题。民办高校要解决这些问题,必须从文化建设、师资培训及薪酬管理等方面着手。
The non-governmental university has already become an important cornponent of the high education system of our country, and has good development prospects, but teachers restrict its development as an inherent element. The outstanding characteristic of non-governmental university's manpower resources management include in teachers' structure pluralism, complete engagement system and flexible distribution mechanism. But there are a lot of problems exist in talents' introduction, using and stabilizing in the non- governmental university. The non- governmental university should solve these problems by starting with cultural construction, faculty training and salary management etc.
