摘要
现代城市作为区域的政治、经济、科技、文化中心和高密度的人口聚居区,在汇集人类巨大的能量并产生城市功能的同时,也产生大量的城市社会问题。为了防范城市社会风险,构建和谐社会,需要建立预警机制。笔者通过分析影响城市社会稳定的主要因素,在此基础上划分若干项预警指标,试图勾画出城市社会稳定预警指标体系,并构建城市社会稳定预警机制框架:信息收集机制;信息决策机制;协调疏导机制。为政府决策提供参考。
The modern city is regarded as the compact community of the population of the political ,economic , science and technology , cultural center and high density of the area, while gathering mankindTs enormous energy and producing urban function , produced a large number of urban social concerns too, In order to take precautions against the social risk of city , structure the harmonious society , need to set up early warning mechanism. I influence the main factor of the urban social stability through analysing, divide several early warning indexes on this basis, attempt to delineate out the early warning index system of the urban social stability, structure the early warning mechanism frame of the urban social stability： Information gathering mechanism; The decision-making mechanism of information, coordinate the mechanism of dredging, offer reference for the fact that the government makes policy.
