摘要
目的:探讨红景天对高原去势大鼠血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响及红景天抗高原组织缺氧和预防高原骨质疏松症的效果。方法:本实验在高原建立了切除卵巢诱发绝经后骨质疏松症Wistar大鼠模型,分为A组(假手术或正常组),B组(切除卵巢组),C组(切除卵巢+尼尔雌醇组),D组(切除卵巢+红景天混合饲料组),E组(切除卵巢+红景天浸液组)。术后置海拔3100m高原饲养3个月后,测定血清IL-6和TNF-α含量,观察红景天对高原去势大鼠骨质疏松症的预防作用。结果:术后3个月,A组、C组、D组和E组IL-6和TNF-α血清含量均显著低于B组。结论:红景天能降低体内血清IL-6和TNF-α含量,具有抑制骨吸收促进骨形成的作用。
Objeαive :To study changes of level of IL - 6 and TNF - α in the castrated rates and effeα of rhodiola on these changes at high altitude to against hypoxia and prevent the osteoporosis. Methods: The rats' models were built by ophorotomy. A total of rats were assigned in the group A ( normal group), the group B ( oophorotomy group), the group C ( oophorotomy + nilestrol group), the group D ( oophorotomy + rhodiola breed group) and group E ( oophorotomy + rhodiola extraα group) respeαively. The level of IL - 6 and TNF - α were measured after three months castrate and the status of osteoporosis was observed. Results: The level of IL-6 and TNF -α in the group A, C, D and E was significantly lower than that in the group B. Conclusions: The rhodiola can decrease the serum level of IL - 6 and TNF - α and increase the effeα of osteosis at high altitude.
