摘要
通过检测肺组织匀浆中荧光标记白炎山的含量,观察广大鼠烫伤6,12,24h后肺血管壁通透性的变化及-100,-250,-500,-750,-1000V驻极体对这种变化的影响。结果表明:(1)烫伤后12h大鼠肺血管壁通透性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),除-100V和-250V以外的各驻极体治疗组的肺血管壁通透性均明显低于烫伤组(P<0.001)。(2)烫伤后6,12,24h,-500V驻极体治疗组大鼠的肺血管壁通透性低于烫伤组。提示驻极体具有降低肺血管壁通透性的作用。
in this study,the changes in the content of FITC labeled albumin in pulmonary tissue of scalded rats were measured to study the changes in vascular permeability and to discuss the influence of electret on pulmonary vascular permeability. The results showed that(1)12 h after scalding,the pulmonary vascular permeability in the scalded rats was markedly higher than that of controls (P<0.01) and changes of the pulmonary vascular permeability in the scladed rats of-500 V,-750 V and-1000 V electret treatment group(P<0.001).(2) 6 h,12 h and 24 h after scalding,the pulmonary vascular permeability in the scalded rats of -500V electret treatment group was lower than those of the scalding group. The results suggest that electret has beneficial effects in reducing pulmonary vascular permeability of scalded rats.
