摘要
研究了三辊张力单元产生的张力与带钢厚度、带钢材质及压下量的关系,建立了相应的数学力学模型,得出了张力计算式,计算结果与实际值相比较误差很小。其研究结果可用来指导张力单元装置的设计、操作模式的制定,并为解决类似力学课题提供了参考。
This paper discusses the relation of tension to steel strip thickness, steel character and intermesh in 3- rolls tension unit. A math model for calculating the tension is established. The results of calculation are very accurate compared with the standards. This research conclusion may be great helpful to the tension unit design and the determination of the mode of operation. It may be also valuable in solving similar mechanics subjects.
