摘要
用放射配基结合分析法测定β受体最大结合容量(RT值)和亲和力(KD值),观察了助阳药淫羊藿煎剂对甲状腺机能低下小鼠模型(甲低模型)脑β受体和耗氧率变化的调节作用。结果表明:服用抗甲状腺药物甲基硫氧嘧啶所造成的小鼠甲低模型,其耗氧率和脑β受体RT值均显著低于正常动物,助阳药淫羊藿煎剂可使此变化恢复至正常水平。提示:淫羊藿煎剂对小鼠甲低模型脑β受体和耗氧率的变化具有调节作用,可能为其助阳的生化机制之一。
The maximum binding capacity (RT)and dissociation constant(KD)of beta adrenergic receptor were determined with radio immunoassay,and the hypothyroid mouse model was made by oral administration of methylthiouracil.The regulatory effect of epimedium grandiflorum morr on the changes of brain beta receptor and the oxygen consuming rate of hypothyroid mice were observed.The RT of the brain beta receptor and the oxygen consuming rate of hypothyroid mice were lower than those of the control.Epimedium grandiflorum morr decoction,a kind of yang-tonics,could restore the changes to the normal level.The results suggest that this regulatory effect may be one of the yang-tonic mechanisms of epimedium grandiflorum morr.
