摘要
本文提出了用高效液相色谱分离和测定小麦粉中增白剂过氧化苯甲酰的新方法。用水为溶剂通过超声提取面粉中的过氧化苯甲酰,在酸性环境中用铁粉使之还原为苯甲酸,然后在中性环境下用高效液相色谱进行测定,具有良好的准确度和再现性。
A new method using high validitv liquid chromatogram to separate and determine the concentration of benzoyl peroxidation in wheat flour was proposed. Benzoyl peroxide, the whitening agents, was ultrasonically extracted from wheat flour using water as solvent, reduced to benzoic acid in acidic solution by iron powder, and the concentration of benzoyl peroxide was determined using high validity liquid chromatogram in neutral solution. This method was proved to have good accuracy and consistency.
