邓小平在指导教育改革和发展中,针对教育投资的观念转变,在国家各项投资中的地位、社会力量的支持等问题都做过阐述。这些教育投资思想,对解决目前中国教育投资问题具有深刻的启示,即在发展新世纪教育中,必须树立正确的教育投资观念;明确教育投资目标;推进教育投资体制创新;建立健全教育投资保障体系;完善领导责任制。
Deng Xiaoping＇s ideology of educational investment provides the profound inspiration for solving the present problems of educational investmeat. That is, in the development of the new century education, we must build up the correct viewpoint on educational investment, make the goal of education clear, establish the security system for the educational investment and improve the leadership responsibility.
