摘要
本试验通过自拟的以补益药当归、黄芪、党参、炙甘草,结合塔里木盆地植物药耳叶补血草、沙枣、镰叶碱蓬、黑果枸杞等组成的中药方,对家兔进行21天的添加饲喂,进行血常规测定(血红蛋白含量、红细胞数、白细胞数、血小板数的测定),及凝血时间、增重的测定,与空白对照组对比。结果显示:自拟中药方能增加血红蛋白含量,红细胞、白细胞、血小板的数量和家兔体重。与对照组相比可明显缩短凝血时间。
This experiment determined groovy determination （ Survey that the content of hemoglobin , the quantity of red blood corpuscles, the leucocyte and the blood platelet ） , and determined the blood coagulation time and increasing weight after adding fed of 21 days, by self - ordained tonic medicine recipe relying mainly on Angelica sinen Diels. , Astragalus membranaceus Bge. , Codonopsis pilosula Nannf. and such help, medicine recipe relying mainly on Tarim basin plant Limonium Gmelinii Kuntze. , Elaeagnus oxycarpa S. crassifolia, Pall, Lycium ruthenicum Murr. etc, Compared with the antitheses blank group, the result shows that ： medicine recipe have more obvious effect on increasing the content of hemoglobin, the red blood corpuscles counts, the blood platelet counts, the leucocyte＇s counts, weight of rabbit and on abridging the blood coagulation time.
