激光乳化白内障手术临床应用新进展

摘要 激光乳化白内障吸除术具有切口小、所需能量少、产热少、术中激光作用准确、操作灵活、术后视力恢复快等优点,为恢复可调节性人工晶状体提供了有效的手术基础。本文就几种激光乳化白内障手术的原理、优缺点以及临床应用作一综述,阐述了激光白内障手术的研究现状及发展前景。
