小儿短小手术应用异丙酚靶控输注麻醉

摘要 目的：观察小儿短小手术应用静脉异丙酚靶控输注麻醉的可行性。方法：400例小儿短小手 术。TCI 靶控效应室异丙酚浓度达到6． 5μg/kg 时开始手术。在手术主要步骤完成后停止麻醉。记录入 室时、麻醉诱导毕、切皮后、及切皮后5、 10、 15 min 和术毕的心率和呼吸变化，记录入室至开始消毒 时间、入室至开始手术时间、术毕至离开手术室时间、苏醒时间和术中、术后并发症。结果：在麻醉诱导 后多个时间点呼吸频率和心率无明显变化，围术期无呼吸暂停、呛咳、屏气和血氧饱和度下降等并发症发 生。结论：小儿短小手术应用静脉异丙酚靶控输注麻醉对呼吸、循环影响轻，围术期并发症少。
