摘要
介绍了利用航空发动机台架试车的振动测试仪器、磁带记录仪、信号分析仪与计算机联机，对其振动数据进行自动采集、分析处理建库。并基于ＯＲＡＣＬＥ数据库管理系统的ＰＲＯ＊Ｃ工具，开发了航空发动机台架试车振动数据管理系统，实现了振动数据的自动录入、动态检索以及振动特性分析等功能。
A method is presented,which can conduct automatic data acquisition,vibration analysis and formation of data base by means of the computer connected with vibration instrumentation,tape recorder and signal analyzer in the aero-engine test cell.Based on the software of the ORACLE data base management system,the vibration data management system of aeroengine test cell is set up,which has the functions of automatic data acquisition,dynamic data searching and vibration characteristics analyses.The system is very convenient for application and is very useful for aeroengine conditions and fault diagnosis,and it can be the basis for the application of diagnostic expert system of an aeroengine.
