摘要
目的:研究Jasper Jumper矫治器对儿童安氏Ⅱ1下颌后缩患者硬组织的影响.方法:随机选择22例处于生长发育期的安氏Ⅱ1下颌后缩儿童应用Jasper Jumper矫治器治疗,6~8个月后,通过拍摄颅颌定位侧位片观察并比较治疗前后硬组织的改变.结果:治疗后SNA角及A点到OLP平面的距离平均分别减小0.69°和0.42mm.治疗后SNB角平均增加3.12°,下颌升支高度(Co-Go)平均增加3.57 mm,下颌总长度(Co-Pg)平均增加6.66mm,下颌体长度(Go-Pg)平均增加4.87 mm,Pg到OLp平面的距离平均增加3.55 mm;ANB角治疗后平均减小3.71°,全面高(N-Me)、前下面高(ANS-Me)、后全面高(S-Go)及后下面高(Ar-Go)治疗后分别平均增加6.03 mm,4.33 mm,5.42 mm和3.64 mm.下颌旋转不明显.结论:Jasper Jumper矫治器对于生长发育期的Ⅱ1下颌后缩儿童患者在一定程度上可以抑制上颌发育,显著促进下颌矢状和垂直向的生长发育.
Objective: To study effects of Jasper Jumper appliance on skeletal tissue in Growing Children with Class Ⅱ Division 1 Malocclusion and Mandibular Retmsion. Method:22 Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion patients were treated with the domestic Jasper Jumper appliance for 6-8 months. Cephalometric radiograph were made before and after treatment. Result:After 6-8 months (average 7 months) of Jasper Jumper appliance therapy, maxillary growth was inhibited, which resulted in 0.69° reduction of SNA and 0.42 mm decrease of the distance from A to OLP plane. SNB degree, mandibular rarnus height, mandibular length, mandibular body length and the distance from Pg to OLP plane were increased 3.12°, 3.57 mm, 6.66 mm, 4.87 mm and 3.5 mm respectively. Sagital changes appeared with the decrease of ANB markedly about 3.71°. Vertical changes came with the increase of anterior facial height (N-Me), lower anterior facial height (ANS-Me), lmsterior facial height (S-Go), lower posterior facial height (Ar-Go) 6.03 mm, 4.33 mm, 5.42 mm, 3.64 mm respectively. Conclusion: It showed that Jasper Jumper appliance therapy stimulated lower facial growth and corrected discrepancy between sagital and vertical skeletal relationship.
