Nuclear factor-κB and chemotherapy for lung cancer

核因子-κB(NF-κB)与肿瘤密切相关,许多研究证实抑制NF-κB的活性可以增强肺癌对放化疗的敏感性。对NF-κB的干预,可能是治疗肺癌的突破口。
