摘要
研究了不同家系(3、20、22号)光皮桦种子在不同含水量条件下的贮藏寿命。结果表明:各处理种子随着贮藏时间的延长发芽率呈下降趋势。其中3号家系下降最显著,贮藏5个月后,发芽率降至原来的一半;20和22号家系在贮藏11个月后,发芽率降到原来的一半,3个家系的发芽势时间都明显推后。方差分析表明,3与20、22号家系的耐贮藏性差异显著,而20和22号差异不显著。不同含水量对种子的耐贮性影响不明显,原因是种子含水量在贮藏过程中发生了变化。
The effect of moisture content on seed longevity of 3 Betula luminifera families (3,20 and 22) was explored, A general trend was found that the germination rate of seeds decreased gradually with storage period, The seed longevity of family 3 was the shortest with half of initial germination rate after 5 month' s storage, while keeping the same germination rate families 20 and 22 could store longer up to 11 months. The seed germination viability of 3 families occurred late after storage. A significant difference was detected for seed storability among 3 families, and the difference mainly existed between family 3 and families 20 , 22. It seemed that the effect of moisture content on seed longevity was not significant, the reason might be change of the moisture content during storage.
