摘要
本文报告6例合并有严重关节周围损伤的膝关节粘连纤维性僵直的治疗结果.重点对膝关节粘连纤维性僵直治疗过程中出现的韧带断,皮肤损伤、骨折及疲劳骨、骨化性肌炎等的治疗原则及方法进行了分析讨论,总结了这类特殊病例的诊疗经验.
The Clinic treatment results of six cases of stiffness of the knee joint combined with serious peripheral injury of joint were reported. The treatment principles and methods for rupture of ligament、skin injury、fracture、 stress fracture and myositis ossificans occured in the treatment of the stiffness of knee joint were expoyned and discussed. The treatment experience were summarized.
