摘要
目的从脂质过氧化的角度探讨超声乳化术中治疗剂量的超声波对兔视网膜的影响。方法选取青紫蓝兔60只(120只眼),将兔眼分为实验组、对照组。实验组行超声乳化术,对照组行晶体囊外摘除术,各组分别在术毕,术后6、24 h剥离视网膜。测定视网膜中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量。结果不同时点实验组各指标与对照组比较:①实验组GSH-Px活性在各时点均低于对照组,两组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);②实验组SOD活性在各时点均低于对照组,术毕两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6、24 h两组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③实验组LPO含量在各时点均高于对照组,两组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论从脂质过氧化的角度,超声乳化术中的治疗剂量的超声波对兔视网膜可造成一定程度的损伤,在术后24 h没有完全恢复,超声乳化术中应控制使用超声波的能量和时间。
Objective To study the effects of the therapeutic dose of ultrasound in phacoemulsification on lipid peroxidation of the rabbits' retlna.Methods Thirty common rabbits without eye diseases were divided into two groups including experiment group and control group. Phacoemulsificiation was performed on experiment group, extracapsular cataract extraction was performed on control group (the operation condition of control group was the same as that of experiment group except for using ultrasound). The eyeballs of each group were excised respectively at 0,6,24 hour after operation, then measuring the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in retinal tissue. Results Comparisons were made between each parameter of experiment group and that d control group at 0, 6, 24 h after operation: ①The activity of GSH-Px in retinal tissue of experiment group was lower than that of control group, the difference between two groups was significant (P 〈 0.05) ;②The activity of SOD in retinal tissue of experiment group was lower than that of control group, the difference between two groups was significant at 0 h after operation ( P 〈 0.05), but wasn't significant at 6,24 h after operation ( P 〉 0.05) ; ③The content of LPO in retinal tissue of experiment group was higher than that of control group at different times, and the difference between two groups was significant at different times (P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Active oxygen and free radicals induced by the ultrasotmd in phacoemulsification can injury the retina of rabbits. The damage isn't recovered in twenty-four hours. The power and time of using ultrasound shoud be controlled while using this technology.
