多层螺旋CT对冠状动脉支架通畅性的评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:使用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)评价冠状动脉支架的通畅性和内腔的可视性.方法:使用16层螺旋CT对18例患者的29个支架进行评价,并与常规冠状动脉造影进行对照.结果:29个支架中MSCT可显示26例的支架内腔;其余3个支架不能用于狭窄评价.可用于狭窄评价的支架只有20%~80%的腔径能被显示.MSCT显示22个支架通畅,与常规冠状动脉造影相符合的有20个;MSCT显示4个支架闭塞,均经常规冠状动脉造影证实.结论:MSCT直接观察支架再狭窄存在局限性,但能较可靠地区分支架的开放和闭塞. Objective: To assess patency and lumen visibility of coronary artery stents by multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT). Methods,. 29 stents in 18 patients were evaluated by 16-slice spiral CT, and compared with conventional coronary angiography. Results: Using MSCT, there were 26 stents could be showed in 29 stents, other 3 stents was not sufficient for stenosis evaluation. Only 20%-80% of the lumen diameter was visible in 26 stents which could be used for evaluation. The results of MSCT in 20 stents of 22 stents shown patency,were in accord with that of conventional angiography. 4 stents which MSCT showed occlusion also appeared occlusion in conventional angiography. Conclusions: MSCT exists limit for direct visualization of coronary in-stent restenosis, but it could correctly differentiate stent patency from stent occlusion.
