摘要 模糊综合评价法是一种重要的评价方法.由于评价的本质是人的一种智能活动,一般来说它具有非线性的特征,评价工作中某些指标具有的突出影响就是这种非线性特征的一种表现.但常用的模糊综合评价模型多为线性形式,为解决模糊综合评价法存在的这一问题,提出一种更为一般的非线性模糊综合评价模型.该模型既能够反映某种指标的突出影响,又能把线性加权平均模型看作它的特例.将该模型应用于对水质评价的实例,得到了比线性加权评价法更令人信服的结果,证明了该模型较加权平均法的优越性. Fuzzy comprehensive assessment is a significant evaluating method. Evaluation is essentially an intellectual activity of human, and therefore, it is generally nonlinear. The significant effect of some indicators used for evaluation is an indication of this nonlinearity. Since most fuzzy comprehensive assessment is linear, which cannot reflect this kind of significant influence, a more general model has been established to reflect the significant effect of some dominant indicators, and makes weighted average method a particular ease of it. This model proposed has been applied for evaluating water quality. In comparison with the weighted average fuzzy comprehensive assessment model, this method is more satisfactory and furthermore proves the advantages of the model.
