水稻开颖机理的探讨——Ⅱ.CO_2对水稻开颖的效应 被引量:34

摘要 CO_2含量大于5%的气体,或者 pH 小于5.6的 CO_2溶液,或0.05mol/L 以上的碳酸盐与稀酸的反应液,都能显著地促进水稻开颖。诱导开颖的处理时间约20秒。浓度增高和处理时间加长却不能进一步增进开颖数。温度增高可促进 CO_2诱导开颖过程,呼吸抑制剂也不会中断这个过程。CO_2促进鳞片吸水膨大是促进开颖的原因。被处理的稻穗裂药及花粉活力正常。此项技术可应用于水稻杂交工作。 The glume-opening of rice could be promoted by CO_2 gas or solution with aconcentrition higher than 5% or a pH lower than 5.6 mol/L with a solution of carbonateand dilute acid.The time needed for the induction of glume-opening by CO_2 was 20 se-conds.Further increase in CO_2 concentration or prolongation of treating time did not pro-mote glume-opening any more.The inductive effect of CO_2 was not affected byrespiratory inhibitors but was affected by temprature.The mechanism of CO_2-induction orCO_2-promotion of glume-opening is that lodicule cells after treatment enhance water up-take and rapidly expended.A short time treatment with CO_2 did not harm to normaldehiscence of anther and the vitality of pollens.This technique can be applied to ricehybridization
