摘要
回顾了城市物流的产生,并对“和谐社会”的理论渊源进行了梳理,指出和谐思想为解决城市物流问题提供了一个新的视角,使我们从科学发展观的高度来审视城市物流的发展。而要建设和谐的城市物流需要重点解决以下3方面问题:城市定位、城市物流的绩效评价及有效利用PPP模式。
The paper recalls how the urban logistics to emerge and discusses the source of ＂harmonious society＂ theory, meanwhile, it points out that it needs to solve three main problems as city position, performance evaluation of urban logistics and effective use of PPP mode in the construction of harmonious urban logistics.
