摘要
目的研究疏肝舒乳的抗炎、镇痛作用和免疫调节作用。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症和大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,观察疏肝舒乳的抗炎作用;用热板和扭体实验观察疏肝舒乳的镇痛作用;以血清溶血素(IgG、IgM)和脾指数为指标,观察疏肝舒乳对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响;以小鼠迟发超敏反应和胸腺指数为指标,观察疏肝舒乳对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。结果疏肝舒乳颗粒能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀、大量肉芽肿、降低小鼠扭体次数和降低小鼠脾脏指数;疏肝舒乳颗粒还能明显降低半素血清溶血素(HCIgM、HCIgG)含量和抑制致敏红细胞(SRBC)引起的小鼠迟发超敏反应。结论疏肝舒乳颗粒具有抗炎、镇痛以及免疫抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immunologic effects of Shugan Shuru granules （SGSRG） . METHODS After different doses of SGSRG were given to mice ig, the anti- inflammatory effect of SGSRG was investigated by methods of the mice ear tdema induced by xylene and the rats granuloma induced by cotton pellet;The analgesic effect of SGSRG was investigated by methods of the mice ache induced by hot plate test and by writhing test; Immune effects on blood serum hemolysin （IgG. IgM）, thymus gland and delayed type hypersensitivity （DTH） were observed. RESULTS The SGSRG could obviously inhibit the mice ear swell. It has anti acestoma swell effect and could decrease the writhing times of mice ache. The HCIgM. HCIgG and thymus gland index could be reduced evidently. SGSRG has evidently inhibiting effect on DTH caused by SRBC. CONCLUSION SGSRG has antbinflammation, analgesic and immune inhibitory effects.
