摘要
目的建立用RP-HPLC测定鱼用补血颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法固定相Media C18柱(4.6×250mm);流动相0.2%甲醇乙腈-0.1%磷酸0.1%三乙胺水溶液(2080);检测波长324nm;流速1ml/min;进样体积20μl。结果阿魏酸在0.50~24.80μg/ml范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率99.0%,RSD为1.30%。结论本法测定鱼用补血颗粒中阿魏酸含量具有简便、准确、重复性好的特点,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
To develop a method for determining the content of ferulic aicd in Buxue Granules. Method The ferulic acid in Buxue Granules was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on media C18 (4.6 × 250 mm) column with acetonitrile (containing 0.2% methanol) -0.10% triethylamine (containing 0.10^ phosphate) (20: 80) as mobile phase. Ferulic acid was detected at 324nm with flowing rate as 1.0ml/min; the volume is 20μl. Results The calibration curve was linear (r= 0. 9999) in the range of 0.50-24.80μg/ml for ferulic acid. The average recovery rate was 99. 0% and RSD 1.30%. Conclusion Determination of Ferulic Acid in Buxue Granules by RP-HPLC ,the method was proved to be simple ,precise and specific. It was suitable to be applied for the product quality control.
