摘要
项目管理正在全球范围内的各个领域起着越来越重要的作用,从基建工程施工现场管理的角度,探讨施工现场项目管理的方式、方法,尤其将项目信息化建设和施工后保修亦纳入项目管理,对全面提升施工单位的管理水平十分必要。
Project management is playing a more and more important role in all fields all over the world To probe into the ways and the methods of project management from construction site management of the basic construction, especially to cover the establishment of the project information and the after--sales services in the project management,is extremely essential to the comprehensive promotion in management levels of construction unit.
