摘要
20世纪下半叶,因环境问题引起了人类社会发展观的重大变革。在此背景下,旅游发展观更替频繁,依次经历了“无烟产业”、“环境公平”、“可持续发展”三种不同的发展观。正确认识这一转变过程,既有利于旅游业的健康发展,又有利于可持续发展理论的完善,并且对中国旅游业的发展具有重要的启示作用。中国现代旅游业较世界发达国家晚了近30年,认真学习其他国家的先进经验对中国旅游业的发展具有重要作用。中国旅游业可持续发展的全面推进,可望成为树立和落实“科学发展观”的典范。
The attempt to solve the environment problems has brought about great changes in the conception of human society development in the latter half of the 20th century. In this background, the conception of the tourism development evolved frequently. The conception of the smokeless tourism industry development was in the 1950s - 1970s. Its main thought is that tourism sells scenery and brings the great economic benefit to the human and has no negative influence on the environment. The conception of the environment fairness tourism development was in the 1980s. Its main thought is that the tourism can destroy the environment too. It can bring bad influence to other people, so we should enforce environment protection and advocate environment fairness. The conception of the sustainable tourism development was in the 1990s. Its main thought is that the tourism should keep the sustainable development idea under the macro - background of sustainable development of the human society. The correct thinking for the transformation is beneficial not only to the tourism development but also to the theory of sustainable development. It has important inspirations for tourism development of China. The conception of the sustainable tourism development has become common thinking in the world. The beginning of China ＇s modern tourism was 30 years behind the world. China＇s tourism may make greater success by learning the experience of other countries and become the example of building and fulfilling the conception of scientific development through its sustainable development.
