摘要 随着市场竞争的日益加剧,企业之间的竞争逐步发展成供应链之间的竞争,供应链企业需要有统一协调的生产计划系统,衔接各企业的生产活动,对整个供应链的生产环节进行计划、跟踪与控制。由于市场需求的不确定性、客户个性化要求越来越高、信息技术的作用日益显现,传统的供应链计划不能满足竞争的需要。本文在回顾传统计划、M RP计划、供应链计划体系的基础上,提出了客户服务型供应链计划体系。这一体系通过建立客户、供应商、制造商、分销商共享的计划平台,在订单受理、生产计划确定过程中实现两级优化,使得所有供应链成员企业都可以面对最终客户,成员企业建立彼此平等的伙伴关系,客户需求可以得到最大程度的满足,从而提高整个供应链的运行效率。 With the increasing competition in the market, the competition among enterprises becomes the competition among supply chains. Supply chain demands unified planning system, in order to dock each enterprise, plan, trace and control all the production process. As the indetermination of customer demand, the need of customization and the emerging role of information technology, the tradition supply chain planning system can't satisfy the demand of competition. This paper first reviewed the tradition planning system, MRP planning system and the supply chain planning system. Then it puts forward the Supply Chain Planning System Oriented to Customer Service. In the new planning system, a planning platform is constructed, which is shared by customers, suppliers, manufacturers and retailers. The platform can deal orders, make plans and optimize them in supply chain lever and enterprise lever. In the new system, supply chain members can face terminal customers directly. Members are equal in collaborative relationship. The customer's demand can be fulfilled in highest degree, and the efficiency of supply chain can be increased.
