Study on the synthesis of furfural ethylene ketal

摘要 以固体超强酸SO42-/MoO3-TiO2催化合成糠醛缩乙二醇,通过考察各种反应因素的影响,探索SO42-/MoO3-TiO2催化合成糠醛缩乙二醇的最优化条件。实验表明,最优化条件为醇醛比(物质的量之比)为1.2∶1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的5.4%,反应时间为2.5 h,催化剂活化温度为500℃,且催化剂重复利用多次,催化剂的活性并无明显减退,产率可达83.7%。 In the presence of solid superacid SO4^2-/MoO3-TiO2, furfural ethylene ketal was synthesized.The factors affecting the reaction were discussed through orthogonolization and the optimum conditions were found out. Experimental results showed the optimum conditions were as follows : mole ratio of furfural to ethylene glycol was 1 : 1.2, the amount of catalyst was 5.4% of the feed stock, reaction time was 2.5 h,activation temperature of catalyst was 500℃. Under these conditions, its yield may up to 83.7%, and the catalyst can be recycled and utilized for several times with minute decrease of its catalytic activity.
