带负载转矩补偿的无刷直流电动机速度控制 被引量:5

Speed control of brushless DC motor drivers by load torque estimation

摘要 针对负载转矩扰动的问题,在状态反馈配置系统极点的基础上,采用负载转矩观测器进行有针对性抗扰的前馈补偿,采用分段线性化求电枢反电动势,以及电流控制逆变器的方法对BLDC建模,建立了带外扰补偿通道的无刷直流电动机(BLDC)的调速复合控制系统。该方法在不影响稳定性的同时,使得控制系统的抗扰能力得到改善。试验表明,该控制器在有负载转矩扰动的情况下仍具有良好的抗扰性。 Aiming at the load torque disturbance, on the basis of the technology of state feedback to the system's poles replacement, the load observer is simultaneously applied to achieve the feedforward compensation for the required unknown load torque. The modeling method for the current regulated Brushless DC (BLDC) motor is presented, which is based on the strategy of the piecewise linear curves used to generate the back EMF. And the compound speed control system of Brushless DC(BLDC) Motor is realized with an external disturbance compensation channel. This helps to improve the anti - disturbance of the control system without interfering with the stability of the device. This simulation analysis indicates that this control system has a highly robust performance under the load torque disturbance.
