摘要
概述了企业资源计划(ERP)的主要管理思想,通过某企业实施ERP系统的实践,指出了企业实施ERP系统应改变传统信息系统的开发方式,按照ERP系统中先进的管理理念和软件特征,重组和优化企业业务流程,使现代的管理思想和方法融入到企业的管理系统中,从而提高企业可持续竞争能力。
This paper summarizes main management ideas of enterprise resource planning（ERP）. Based on the implementation of ERP in an enterprise, ERP should not be ment information systems. Enterprise processes should be implemented in traditional ways to develop manage- regulated and optimized according to the advanced management ideas of ERP and its software characters, so as to improve enterprises＇ sustainable competence.
