摘要
为了弄清深井钻井中频繁发生的钻具失效事故的原因和机理,减少深井钻井钻具失效的发生率,依据现场操作过程中出现的实际情况,首先从理论的角度总结了深井钻具失效的基本类型和主要特点;从钻具的自身条件和外部影响两个方面分析了深井钻具失效的8个影响因素及其作用机理,最后从优化钻具内部组织性能和外部使用方法出发,提出5条预防深井钻具失效的措施,指导现场施工。
In order to finding out the exact reasons and mechanism of the drilling tools failures and decreasing the failure rate when drilling in deep well, according to the facts which came from the oilfield locale, firstly, we summarized the fundamental style and major characteristic of drilling tools failure from an angle of theory; then we analyzed eight factors of drilling tools failure and their mechanism from two aspects of self- condition and outside influence. At last, five precautionary measures have been presented from an angle of optimizing inside capability and outside usage of drilling tools, and these precautionary measures can be used to instruct the field operation.
