摘要
对３７３例选择性冠状动脉造影术（ＳＣＡ）的并发症进行总结。共发生严重并发症３７例，包括室性心动过速或（和）室颤６例（１．６％）、急性心肌梗塞２例（０．５４％）、动脉血栓２例（０．５４％）、股动脉穿刺部血肿２６例（７％）、动脉夹层１例（０．２７％）。认为术前了解患者病情，术中按操作规程进行插管，动作轻柔，密切观察患者主动脉压力、心电图变化及冠状动脉侧枝循环征象，尽可能缩短手术时间等，对减少ＳＣＡ的并发症是十分重要的。
Selective coronary angiography(SCA)is very accurate diagnostic method for coronary heart disease.To evaluate the safety of SCA.Severe complications of 373 patients with SCA were analysed. Ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation 6 cases, acute myocardial infarction 2 patients ,arterial thrombus 2 cases,location hematoma 26 cases,arterial dissection 1 case. To reduce the complication of SCA,we must abide the rule as follows:1.To understand the patient's information;2.to abide by operation precedures;3.to observe closely the changes of aorta arterial presure and electrocardiogram during SCA; 4.to shorten the operation time of SCA.
